Course Content

The Business Model Canvas, developed by Alexander Osterwalder, is a one-page visual tool that captures the essential elements of a business model. It consists of 9 building blocks: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, and Cost Structure. The BMC enables entrepreneurs to design, test, and pivot their business models rapidly.
